Jo Ann Holley, formerly of Webb City, passed away Monday, September 9, 2019 at The Inn Memory Care in Peoria Arizona.
She was born April 3, 1931 in Mulberry Kansas to Evell and Mildred Maes. She worked as a teacher’s aide at the Webb City High School after raising her son, Steve.
Jo Ann and Henry Ray Holley were united in marriage on January 18, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Lawrence Maes and her husband, Ray.
JoAnn is survived by her son Steve (Patty) Holley, granddaughters Heather (Kyle Decker) and Stephanie (Adam Ratliff) along with great grandchildren Raelynne Decker and Braxton Decker. She is also survived by relatives in the Maes and Holley families in Kansas and Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City. The family will be present for a visitation on Monday, September 16, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery.
