Raymond G. Hudson, Jr. age 76 of Oronogo, Missouri passed away at the KU Medical Center on Friday, October 4, 2019. He was born in Pittsburg, Kansas to Raymond G. Hudson, Sr. and Helen (Moran) Hudson on July 19, 1943.
Raymond graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and retired from Eagle Picher.
He married Kenna (Harvey) Hudson on March 31, 2001 and she survives at home.
Raymond is also survived by his sons, Doug Hudson and wife Sara of Oronogo, Bryan Hudson and wife Rachel of Oronogo; daughter, Kimberly Spence and husband Mike of Branson; sister, Sue Combs and husband Tom of Golden City; along with 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City with Pastor Larry Shumaker officiating. The family will be present for a visitation on Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crocker Cemetery.
