Imoni Curtis

Imoni Kailyn Nichole Curtis, age sixteen months, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Mercy Hospital after a sudden illness.

Imoni was born October 1, 2018 in Joplin to Christina Marie Curtis and Kenneth Wayne Johnson III.

In addition to her mother and father, survivors include two sisters, Thalia and Kenya Curtis; grandparents, Timicia and Howard Taylor, Cheryl Curtis; aunt, Cynthia Curtis Pickens; and a host of other aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews.

Services are planned for Friday at 11:00 a.m. at South Joplin Christian Church. Rev. Dr. Colleen Carroll will officiate. Interment will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-7:00 p.m. at Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary Chapel.
