(From Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home)Jeremy Pierce (aka Shadynasty), of Carthage, MO, passed away on October 31st, 2025, surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer.
Jeremy was born on May 19th, 1974 in Joplin, Missouri to the late Brenda Jean Pierce-Jankowski. He graduated from Jasper High School in 1992 and loved to play football, and worked at Leggett & Platt for 20+ years.
He married Michelle Pierce in May 2009 and raised one daughter and one granddaughter together.
Jeremy loved long-range competitive shooting, being on the river with his family, and spending time with “his girls,” Evelyn, Maddy, and Michelle. He genuinely loved his friends and family so deeply and could make a friend with anyone. He is survived by his wife, daughter, granddaughter, and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins, who all loved him dearly.
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his step-father, Frank Jankowski.
