Tommy Davis

Tommy Neil Davis, 79, Granby, entered into rest January 10, 2019.

 He was born August 23, 1939 in Sapulpa, OK to Neil and Imogene (Shipley) Davis. Tommy served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War and had worked for the USDA as a meat inspector. He was a member of Granby Christian Church; enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid shooter. His family was important to him, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

 Tommy married Robin (Layton) Hoyt and she survives. He is also survived by one daughter, Kristie Preddy and husband, Gary of Cassville, MO; two step-daughters, Tammy Smith of Neosho and Donna Clark and husband, Steve of Granby; thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.



A time of visitation will be observed from 6:00 until 7:00 pm on Monday, January 14 at Clark Funeral Home, Granby Chapel, Granby, MO. 

 Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 15 at Greenhill Cemetery in Sapulpa, OK. Brother John Mehrens will officiate. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 19 at the Granby Christian Church, Granby. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Granby Christian Church, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 26, Granby, MO 64844.
