Lisa Marie Hudgins, age 50, of Seligman, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at her home.
She was born May 13, 1969 in Chico, California, the daughter of Richard and Linda Lou (Benton) Marmol, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was one son, Zachary Eivins.
Surviving are three daughters, Samantha Coupland of Monett, Missouri, Kati Sharp and her husband Jase of San Clemente, California and Alexa Hudgins and her fiancé Kason Carmical of Seligman, Missouri; four brothers, Randy Crone and his wife Bonnie of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Phillip Morgan and his wife Tanya of Joplin, Missouri, Tom Crone of Seligman, Missouri and James Marmol and his wife Laura of Fort Sill, Oklahoma; three sisters, Nancy Joyner and her husband Lonnie of Chico, California, Penny Gentry of Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Tish Conrad and her husband Mike of Concord, New Hampshire and four grandchildren, Braylee, Kelby, Ava and Jameson.
Lisa grew up and received her education in Eagle Grove, Iowa, where she graduated from high school. Later she attended Iowa Central Community College, earning her degree in nursing. Twenty-four years ago, she moved from Iowa to Seligman, Missouri to make her home. For many years she worked as a nurse for different nursing home in the Rogers area. Some of her favorite pastimes were cooking, decorating and crafting. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2020 at King Cemetery in Seligman, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Phillip Morgan will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
