Kenneth Eugene Talbert, 76, of Exeter, Missouri entered into eternal rest on Wednesday March 4, 2020 while at Mercy Hospital in Cassville, Missouri.
He was born in Toulon, Illinois on October 1, 1943, the son of the late Hartford and Dottie (Crawford) Talbert. He was united in marriage in Monett on October 5, 1963 to Judy Hankins; she survives.
He was a retired carpenter, veteran of the United States Army and of Baptist Faith.

Kenneth is survived by three sons: David Talbert (Allison) of Memphis, Tennessee, Kevin (Dawn) Talbert of Monett, and Gary (Leslie) Talbert of Monett; one daughter: Lisa (John) Etzler of Wheaton, Missouri; three brothers: Mike Talbert of Neosho, Danny Talbert of Pierce City, and Rusty Talbert of Granby; four sisters: Cathy Allen of Oronogo, Missouri, Sandy Wicker of Crane, Missouri, Linda Downey of Cassville, and Sally Chapman of St. Charles, Missouri; ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Terry Talbert.
Memorial services for Kenneth are being held on Tuesday March 10, 2020 at 10:30a.m. at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Chapel in Monett, Missouri with Rev. Jerry Francisco officiating.
Memorial donations for Kenneth may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
