Patty P. McKinney was born January 31, 1931 in Ritchey, Missouri, one of three children to Cecil and Irene (Crawford) Crowe. She entered into rest on April 8, 2020, in Neosho at the age of 89.
Patty and William (Bill) McKinney were married on May 27, 1948 at Ritchey, MO. He preceded her in death on May 13, 2012.
Patty was a secretary for many years at the East Newton School District until her retirement. She was a member of the Ritchey Baptist Church where she sang in the church choir and helped with Vacation Bible School.
She is survived by three children, Kelly Judd and husband, Larry of Granby, MO, Pat McKinney and wife, Carla of Granby, MO and Gray McKinney and wife, Missy of Ritchey, MO; ten grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren; and one sister, Brenda Smith, of McKinney, TX.
In addition to her husband Bill, Patty was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Lynn Thompson; one sister, Gail Crowe; and two grandchildren, Monica and Joshua Thompson.
Viewing will be Friday, April 10 from 12 pm until 5 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Granby, MO.
Graveside services will be Saturday, April 11, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Newtonia IOOF Cemetery. Dr. Jerry Seigel will officiate.
