Dema June Roberson was born September 18, 1927 in Goodman, MO. She passed away May 22, 2020 at the age of 92.
Dema married Charles Arthur Crockford on June 1, 1944 in Washington County, AR; Charles passed away on November 15, 1971.
Together, Dema and Charles had two children who survive: George Arthur Crockford of Neosho, MO, whose wife, Janice passed away December 4, 2015 and James Crockford and wife, Anita of Las Vegas, NV.
Dema is also survived by four grandchildren, Brian Arthur Crockford and wife, Sheila of Carthage, MO, Kristin Bishop and husband, Stephen of Neosho, MO, Chris Crockford of Las Vegas, NV, and Michael Crockford of Las Vegas, NV; seven great grandchildren, Jacob Arthur Crockford of Carthage, MO, Adriana Crockford of Carthage, MO, Cooper Williams of Neosho, MO, Fletcher Bishop of Neosho, MO, Kira Bemis and husband, Michael of Las Vegas, NV, Arran Crockford of Las Vegas, NV, and Ethan Crockford of Las Vegas, NV; and one great-great granddaughter, Olivia Bemis of Las Vegas, NV.
In addition to her parents, husband, and daughter-in-law, Dema was preceded in death by one grandchild, Keelie Ann Crockford, who passed May 12, 1974.
Dema was a lifelong area resident and was so loved by her friends and family. The family will have a burial of her cremains at a later date at the Neosho IOOF Cemetery, Neosho, MO, where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Charles.
