Billy Proctor

Billy Eugene Proctor was born June 27, 1946 in Stella, Missouri, the son of Claude and Lucy (Shockley) Proctor. He entered into rest on September 3, 2020 at the age of 74. 

Billy worked for the City of Neosho as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. 

Billy is survived by two sons, Eric Proctor of Neosho, Jason Proctor and wife, Sandra of Carthage; Eight grandchildren, and Eight great-grandchildren; One sister, Geneva Root of Neosho. He was preceded in death by his parents. A private service will be held at Union Cemetery.
