(From Fraker Funeral Home)AGNES CATHERINE WINCE, daughter of John Patrick and Wanda (George) Whalen, was born in Springfield, Missouri on November 14, 1948, and passed away in Joplin, on October 31, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Agnes grew up in Maize, Kansas, where she graduated from High School. She became a Pharmacy Technician and put her organization skills to work.
She spent most of her life raising her kids and helping out with her grandchildren. They were everything to her. She became very thrifty, making sure she had money to give to her family. She would speak her mind to her family, they always knew where she stood. But in all things, she was proud of all of her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her three children: Tim J (Nickole) Wince, of Webb City, Stephanie (Aaron) Jones, of Neosho, Nic (Tera) Wince, of Neosho; one sister: LeeAnn Dreiling (Dan), of Wichita, KS; one brother: Mike Whalen (Reba), also of Wichita, KS; sixteen grandchildren: Matthew, Zack, Meghan, Janessa, Ruben, Haidee, Ellein, Princess, Breanna, Althea, Nino, Malory, Krisha Mae, Rosalie, Trixie, Evie, Gabriel, and Luke; and one great-grandchild: Zarayah. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Patrick Whalen.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 7, 2024, in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Marshfield Cemetery.
