William Michael Cawood ("Mike"), of Anderson, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2025, with his loving wife by his side. Born on February 1, 1948, in Bentonville, Arkansas, Mike was the son of William (Ralph) Cawood and Kathryn Sue Cawood (Bolin). He was a devoted husband, a caring father, and a cherished friend to many.

Mike lived a full life defined by love, compassion, and a kindness that few others could match. To know him was to love him—his charisma simply wouldn’t allow anything less. Always full of charm and quick with a smile, Mike left a lasting mark on the hearts of everyone he met. He will be remembered lovingly every day by those fortunate enough to have known him.

And in the famous words of “Good Ole Mike Cawood” (GMC)—Woo Pig Sooie!

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Debbie Cawood; his three children, Jennifer Cook and fiancé, Keith Truitt, Coy Cawood, Brooke Lane and fiancé, Michael Lewis; six grandchildren, Alysha Cook, Chance Cawood, Chase Cawood, Trace Cawood, Rendon Lane and Verona Harr; one great-grandchild, Alexander Cook.; and brother, Mark Cawood and wife, Lila of Pea Ridge, AR. He also leaves behind a host of extended family and dear friends.







A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715.
