Allen Caulk

Allen C. Caulk, 77, of Joplin, Missouri, formerly of Carthage, Missouri, passed away at 10:20 pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.

Allen was born on October 24, 1947, in Neosho, Missouri.


He had resided most of his life in Carthage, Missouri.









He worked at the former Atlas Powder Plant as a machine operator for 18 years and most recently worked for Carthage Parks and Recreation for the past seven years.

He was an Air Force veteran.

He loved to ride horses, telling jokes, being at the creek, hunting, fishing, just being outdoors, he always made sure that everybody else had what they needed yet he would do without, and he had an awesome green thumb.








Survivors include two sons; Zach Caulk of Joplin, Missouri and Joey Caulk of Neosho, Missouri, one daughter; Michelle Caulk of Joplin, Missouri, one sister; Jo L Michael of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, seven grandchildren; Chandler Boudreaux, Ashtyn Philliber, Alanedria Lovelace, Jametrich Lovelace, Caden Caulk, Marissa Caulk, Austin-Marie Porter, Four Great-Grandchildren; Sophie Porter, Corbin Boudreaux, Miles Boudreaux, and Maddie Boudreaux, one niece; Bonnie Marie McDonald, one nephew; Jerry Allen Otten and his wife Crystal, two great-nieces; Misty Rowe and Holly McDonald, three great nephews K C McDonald, Cory Otten, and Michael Otten.

He was preceded in death by, his parents; Joe and Helen Arnold Caulk, one brother; Gilbert Caulk, one sister; Bonnie Van Dorn and one niece; LaDonna Otten.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
