(From Ozark Funeral Home)Nancy Jacqueline Kirk, age 75, of Powell Missouri, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 10, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Born on June 1, 1950, Nancy lived a life defined by love, faith, and dedication to her family and community. She was a long-time and faithful member of First Presbyterian Church in Bentonville, where she and her husband, Gilbert Kirk, worshipped and served together for many years.
Nancy was the beloved wife of Gilbert and the devoted mother of Seth Kirk and his wife Angela. She was a cherished grandmother to Steven and Michelle Englert, Brandon and Amanda Burnett, Donovan and Ashley Taylor, and Daton and Alex Aubrey, and a proud great-grandmother to Kemper, Alexis, Bentley, Brayleigh, Brodie, and Brooklyn.
She is survived by her dear brother, John Anderson Henson, and her lifelong best friend, Rene Usher and Frankie.
Nancy’s gentle spirit and nurturing heart extended beyond people to her cherished fur babies, Duke and Nettie, who brought her joy and comfort.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Thomas and Mabel Henson, as well as her beloved sisters, Coleen Hughes and Carla Jean Porter.
Nancy will be remembered for her warm smile, strong faith, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 4-6:00 p.m. at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
