Tiffanie States, 55, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, in her home. Tiffanie was born March 23, 1970, in Carthage, Missouri at McCune Brooks Hospital to Bill and Connie (Rich) Richardson. They moved from Webb City, Missouri to Olathe, Kansas, when Tiffanie was a baby. She attended elementary school in Olathe but moved to Carthage in her early teen years. 

After high school, Tiffanie attended Draughon Business College and Missouri Southern State College in Joplin, Missouri. She enjoyed reading, watching the news, and following social media on her phone. Tiffanie loved painting and creating mosaic art with her daughter.

Tiffanie was united in marriage to Gordon States October 23, 1998, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas; he survives.

Tiffanie is survived by her husband, Gordon; her mother, Connie Richardson of Carthage, Missouri; her daughter, Jordynn States of Carthage, Missouri, and her fiancé, Charles Karr of Claremore, Oklahoma.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Park Cemetery in Carthage, Missouri.
