(From Midland Cremation Society)Bonnie Maxine (Baker) England, born July 28, 1936, in O’Keene, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home in Carl Junction, Missouri, on August 31, 2025.
She was born to Raymond and Ruth Baker, who preceded her in death.
On January 14, 1955, in Colorado, Bonnie married the love of her life, Charles England. The two shared nearly 70 years together before Charles preceded her in death in November 2024. Their marriage was a true example of love, commitment, and partnership.
Bonnie was the proud mother of five children, three of whom survive her: Richard (Judy), Russell (Debbie), and Katherine (Johnny). She was also blessed with 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She is survived by her sisters, Allene Lawson of Colorado and Betty Dieter of Carl Junction, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles; her sisters, Donna and an infant sister who died at birth; her two sons, Montgomery and Ronald England; and three grandchildren, Angelique Burwick, Destin Shryock, and Shane England.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Carl Junction Senior Center from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be provided, and all who knew and loved Bonnie are welcome to attend and share memories in her honor.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kennedy, the nurses and staff, and a special thank you to Monica McKee, PA, for their compassionate care and support.
