Kim Woods

(From Clark Funeral Home)

Kimberly Dawn Woods, 55, passed away on September 13, 2025, in Neosho, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family. Kim was born on September 8, 1970, in Joplin, Missouri to William Dale and Mona Ruth (Pippin) Day.

Kim married Joe Woods on August 11, 2001, and together they built a life full of love.

Kim had a deep love for life and lived it to the fullest. She especially cherished spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. A true lover of the open road, Kim found joy riding motorcycles and embracing the freedom and adventure they brought.

Her love of music, especially rock, was well known. Whether she was at a live concert or just playing her favorite song, Kim had a Bud Light in hand, smile on her face, and was surrounded by people she loved.

Kim was also deeply committed to her community. She was always the first to step up, give her time, lend a hand, and offer her whole heart — giving 110% in everything she did.

She leaves behind a legacy of strength, generosity, and fierce love. Kimberly is survived by her husband Joe Woods, sister, Sherri Adams, children: Sheena and husband Chance Wilson, Hunter Day, and Kyla Woods and boyfriend Max Compton, grandchildren: Landon Wilson, Kaidyn Wilson, Liam Wilson, Autumn Day, Hazel Day, and Austin Day, nieces: Courtney Blanchard, Kristy Burris, Deedra Walker, Madison Blanchard, and one nephew, Richard Adams JR.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Mona Day, and brother-in-law Richard Adams.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri. A Graveside Service will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Macedonia Cemetery in Stella, Missouri.

Kim’s energy, love, and laughter will never be forgotten. She rode hard, loved big, and lived loudly.
