Kaye, also well known as “Abe”, met and married the love of his life, Jeanette Carter, in Carthage where they remained for 57 years, living out their dream of living on a small farm and raising their children, Tim and Terri. Kaye was first and foremost honest, kind and generous to all who knew him. He was an amazing Dad and Grandfather to his children and grandchildren. Kaye always had a contagious smile on his face with his signature laugh to go along with it. Whether he was playing Santa Claus, taking the grandkids along with him to care for his animals, sitting at the dinner table playing board games or getting together with friends. Kaye was loved by all, he was a man who never knew a stranger or turned his back on someone in need. “Abe” was a gentle man, a collector of all things and had a great love for his family and friends. He loved to watch old “Westerns” on TV, followed the St. Louis Cardinals religiously and above all loved his family more than anything else, the 2 legged and 4 legged ones. He was one of a kind and will be missed more than we can express.
