Millard Hull

Mr. Millard Cecil Hull, 76, of Noel, Missouri, departed this life on Friday morning, June 24, 2016, at his residence after months of declining health.

Millard entered his life on February 6, 1940, in Auburn, Nebraska, one of three sons born to the late Marian Cecil and Vivian (Patton) Hull. He was raised and attended School in Wheaton, Missouri. After high school he enlisted and served his country faithfully in the United States Navy. On May 10, 1968, in Cassville, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Velma Pauline Hansen and to this union a daughter and son were born. In 1971 they moved their family to Steel City, Nebraska and Millard attended agricultural school. After leaving Steel City in 1981, they resided in Jenkins, Aurora and Cassville, Missouri before settling in Noel, Missouri in 1985. Millard was a proud and hardworking farmer, who enjoyed every aspect of living life on the farm. He loved the hills and rivers of McDonald County and took every advantage of the wonderful hunting and fishing that this area has to offer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife of forty-three years, Velma Hull on December 27, 2011.

Millard is survived by his two children, Sally Milton and husband, David, of Anderson, Missouri and Mike Hull and wife, Paula, also of Anderson; five grandchildren, Ashley Milton, Taylor Milton, Shanna Hull, Boe Milton and Mark Hull; a great granddaughter, Zaydee Milton; two brothers, Lyman and Richard Hull; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.
