- Ricky L. Waugh, 63, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest July 7, 2016 at the Seneca House Nursing Home after losing his battle to cancer.
Ricky Lee Waugh was born July 7, 1953 in Tuscola, ILL the son of John Marvin and Ada Marie (Beaty) Waugh. Rick owned and operated WW Meat Processing Plant east of Seneca. He also owned and operated TJ’s Carwash, Seneca and American Fireworks and WW Spreading.
Rick enjoyed hunting, fishing, competition shooting. Rick formerly served on the Seneca R7 School Board and was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Seneca.
Ricky L. Waugh married Cynthia Jane Haenky July 21, 1973 in Tulsa, OK and she survives.
Additional survivors include one son Chris Waugh and wife Jennifer, Brookfield, MO; one daughter, Tammi Jo Waugh, Seneca, MO; one grandson, Xander Waugh, Brookfield, MO; one grand-dog, Poncho, of the home; one brother, Jeff Waugh and wife Debbie, Talala, OK; two sisters, Susan Hutcheson and husband Rex, Joplin, MO and Vicki Waugh, Coweta, OK and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 2pm to 3pm, Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, July 11, 2016 at the First Baptist Church, Seneca with Rod VanGorkam officiating. Burial will be in the Burkhart Cemetery, Racine, MO with Kim Triplett, Ronnie Rogers, Jimmy Durbin, Tommy Schneider, Waymeth Boyer and Tim Triplett serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be G.D. Ritter, George Pendergraft and Bob Strait.
