Mr. David Ray Seales, 92, of Anderson, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday evening, November 15, 2017, at the McDonald County Living Center in Anderson, Missouri.
He was born on February 5, 1925, in Tiff City, Missouri, born to the union of the late Allen Bristo and Julia (Brown) Seales. He and his beloved horse Jerry worked together plowing gardens for area residents. Together they made a wonderful team. He enjoyed going to auctions, gardening, spending time at the Noel Senior Center and attending area community events.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Leonard, Thomas, Benjamin and Selvestor Seales; and two sisters, Della Key and Fannie Ferguson.
Survivors include a niece, Julie Peterson of Russellville, Arkansas; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; as well as a host of numerous friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Seales will be held graveside on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at the Cummings Cemetery in Tiff City, Missouri. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6-7:00 p.m. in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes.
