Jinger Silvey Sentlinger of rural Jasper, MO passed away November 27, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family and friends. She was 57 years of age.
Jinger was born in Carthage Missouri and graduated from Jasper High School with the class of 1978, and was a member of the Purcell Baptist Church. Jinger was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Survivors include her parents Bob and Jeanette Silvey of Jasper MO; her brother Rick Silvey of Smithville MO; her son Justin Sentlinger and his wife Niki of Jasper, MO; her son Jacob Sentlinger and his wife Allyssa; her five grandchildren, Annleigh, Paige, Trynity, Lincoln, and Everlee; the father of her sons Rod Sentlinger; and her partner of several years Alan Wormington. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Orlo and Jessie Ferguson and Perry and Lucille Silvey.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Simpson Funeral Home. Reverend Tony Martin will officiate. The family will be present for a visitation on Friday from 12 noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin, MO. Honorary pallbearers will be her Uncle Bill Silvey, Jeff Morris, Taylor Adams, Sam Lehman, Randy Cossey, Levi Zuber, Adam Heger, and Caleb Tidball. The family will be at their home.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jasper Booster Club.
