Jayda Kyle, age 3, passed away Friday, December 1, 2017.
Jayda was born August 24, 2014 in Carthage to Devyn McPherson Kyle and Mack Kyle.
Jayda attended Four States Christian School and Christ's Church of Oronogo. She enjoyed soccer, tea parties, chips and queso, salad, eating marshmallows and grapes, reading books, dancing in the car, spending time with her grandparents and playing with all of her cousins. Jayda made everyone she met laugh and smile. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Jayda is survived by her brother, Quincy; maternal grandparents, Judd 'G-Dawg' and Carmen 'Maam Maam' McPherson, Carl Junction; paternal grandparents, Jeff 'Pa' and Robyn 'Gram' Kyle, Joplin; maternal great grandparents, Margaret 'Nana' Zengel, Joplin, Mikell 'Mimi' and Bill Werder, Joplin, Brian and Jill McPherson, Vallejo, California; maternal great grandfather, Mitch Stephens, Joplin; maternal great grandmother, Donna Graveson, Minneapolis, Minnesota; paternal great grandfathers, Bill 'Papaw' Hasselbring, Sarcoxie, Charles Kyle, Mt. Pleasant, Texas; maternal great great grandfather, Bill Stephens, Jopiln; aunts, Brenlee McPherson and fiance, Desmond, Carl Junction, Sarah Vonder Haar and husband, Bruce, Joplin, Jennifer Brigance, Webb City, uncles, Hunter McPherson and his wife, Daniella, Webb City, Marcus Kyle, Joplin, Tyler Elbert, Seneca, Trey Laveroni and wife, Jessica, Oronogo, Landon Zerkel, Joplin, Blane Higgins, Columbia; and cousins, Ellie, Drew, Brooke, Brantley and many other extended family members.
Jayda was preceded in death by maternal great grandfathers, Edward Charles Zengel and John David Remillard; paternal great grandmothers, Dorothy Kyle, Judy Hasselbring; and two uncles, Seth Kyle and Ishmael Hankins.
Memorial services are planned for Friday at 5:30 p.m. at Christ's Church of Oronogo. Lynn Ragsdale, Mark Christian, Dan McGrew and Trey Laveroni will officiate. The family will receive friends following the services at the church. In lieu of flowers, you can donate a baby doll (she loved her babies) or a teddy bear to be donated to the children center.
