Cara Howard-Barney, age 54 of Jasper, Missouri passed away unexpectedly at her home on March 1, 2018.
She was a lifelong area resident. She formerly worked at Schreiber Foods. Cara’s favorite job was taking care of her nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She was member of the Purcell Baptist Church and the Webb City Elks Lodge. She will be greatly missed by her family and all that knew her.
Cara is survived by her husband, Blaine; father, William Willie Howard; four brothers, Jeff Howard, Jasper, Missouri, Greg Howard and wife Rita, Jasper, Missouri, Brad Howard and wife Terri, Webb City, Missouri, David Howard and wife Becky, Carterville, Missouri, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Sue Howard.
A memorial visitation will be held 6:00 – 7:00 pm Monday March 5, 2018 at the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home. The family will hold a private inurnment at a later date.
