Bob Diggs

Robert (Bob) E. Diggs, 85, Webb City, MO passed away November 1, 2020 after a short illness. Bob was born November 16, 1934 in Newton County, MO to Clarence and Opal (Richards) Diggs. 

He lived on a farm near the Granby/Neosho area for 36 years, then moved to Webb City 13 years ago. Bob served in the Missouri National Guard. He worked in Tool & Die for Rocketdyne/Teledyne/Sabreliner/Premier Turbines until retiring in 2000. Bob was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Joplin, MO. He loved to tinker around the house and enjoyed golfing. 

Bob and Bert (Godfey) Diggs were married July 10, 1965; she survives of the home. 

He is also survived by three daughters, Christy Holcomb and husband, Charles of San Diego, CA, Tracie Diggs and Jody Diggs, both of Webb City, MO; one brother Rowland Diggs of Carthage, MO; three grandchildren, Jacob Burrow and wife, Skae, Lucas Burrow, and Chelsea Holcomb; and one great grandson, Knox Burrow. 

Bob was preceded in death by one son, Scott Allan Diggs and one brother, Richard Diggs.
