June Wilson

June Murray Wilson, age 93, Joplin, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at her home.

June was born November 5, 1927 in Kansas City, daughter of the late Charles Murray and Ora Emma McCall Murray. She graduated from Joplin High School, and was a homemaker, teacher, and a Girl Scout Leader.

She married Jack W. Wilson in 1948, and he preceded her in death in 2008.

Survivors include her children, Wendy Walker with whom she made her home, Charles Murray Wilson, and Joy Atterbery; four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

She will be cremated, and her ashes along with her husband, Jack, will be buried at a later date in Aurora, Missouri.
No formal services are planned at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
