Carl Watson

Carl A. Watson Sr., 57, Seneca, MO, passed away April 11, 2021 at his home in Seneca after losing his battle with cancer.

Carl Aaron Watson was born September 27, 1963 in Tulsa, OK the son of Carl R. and Joyce M. (Self) Watson.

Carl was a 1981 graduate of Sapulpa, OKlahoma High School. During his senior year he took a Vo-Tech where he learned to lay brick. Carl served in the US Army from January 1983 to May 1983 then entered into the National Guard. He served 8 years in the Combat Engineering Unit in Sapulpa, OK. After his service he became an over the road truck driver.








Carl was preceded in death by his father, Carl R. Watson, one sister, Sharon M. Passmore, his father-in-law Dean G. Lagers and mother-in-law Janet Sue Lagers.

Carl A. Watson married Melissa Lagers September 16, 2007 in Wyandotte, OK and she survives.

Additional survivors include; his mother, Joyce M. Gilihan, Sapulpa, OK; children, Carl A. Watson Jr., Joplin, MO and Cadye L. Watson, Stroud, OK; two brothers, Terry Douglas and Keith Douglas both of Kellyville, OK; two sisters, Charolette Milligan, Poteau, OK and Debra Henry, Sapulpa, OK; four grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

The body has been taken for cremation under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home Seneca, MO. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service 2:00pm, April 15, 2021 at the Sandy Captin Cultural Center.
