(From Clark Funeral Home)Cindy Lou Ruark, 63, Neosho, MO passed away March 31, 2021 after a year of failing health. She was born June 14, 1957 in Kansas City, KS to Beverly (Chapman) and John Clement.
Cindy was an operator of a secretarial business and had moved to the area in 1986 from Kansas City. She was a member of the Christian Church.
Cindy married Gary Ruark and he preceded her in death in 2007.
She is survived by her parents and two sisters, Melanie Clement of Coweta, OK and Marcia Moore of Joplin, MO. In addition to her husband, Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Timothy Clement.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO with Pastor Dwayne Rosson officiating.
