Steven Begley

Steven L. Begley age 61 of Purcell, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born on April 4, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to Jack Begley and Phyllis (Miller) Begley. 

Steven was an electrician for most of his life, and served proudly in the United States Navy. 

He married Mary (Causer) Begley on March 29, 2006 and she survives him. 

Steven is also survived by his daughter, Kathryn (Kate) Lee Begley of New York; grandchildren, Madison, Lorenzo and 1 on the way; sisters, Terri Potts of House Springs, Missouri, Donna Begley of Las Vegas, Nevada; stepchildren, Rob Goff and wife Erika of Washington, Haley Goff and fiancé Bryce Kay of Washington; best friend, Ben Coopman of Sterling, Virginia; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Christ at 3122 Grand Avenue, Carthage, MO 64836. The family will be present for visitation from 12:00 PM until service time at the church. Burial will take place at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri at 1:00 PM Friday, April 23, 2021 with full military honors.
