Rob Dentner

Robert “Rob” L. Dentner, 50, a native of Joplin and recent resident of Jefferson City, passed on Friday, April 30, 2021.

Rob was born October 8, 1970. He was the son of Robert and Elayne Dentner.

Rob graduated from Joplin High School in 1989. He was a member of South Joplin Christian Church and the Joplin Stamp Club.

Rob’s many hobbies included listening to opera, stamp collecting, rock and gem collecting, holiday decorating, reading, and “game night” with friends.

Survivors include his parents, Robert and Elayne Dentner of Jefferson City; sisters, Holly Dentner and Amy Dentner; an uncle; several cousins, many friends and his beloved dog Stormy.

A private graveside service will be held for family.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution in his name may be made to Crosslines Ministries – Joplin in care of the mortuary or at www.crosslinesjoplin.org.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
