Vida Clark

Vida Ruth Hatcher Clark went home to be with the Lord May 6, 2021.
Vida was born February 15, 1926 in Webb City, MM to Cecil V. Hatcher and Zella Ruth Craig Hatcher.

She had 2 sisters and 1 brother. She Married Charles H. Clark Nov. 28, 1942, they had six children. 

Vida was preceded in death by her parents; Cecil and Zella Ruth (Craig) Hatcher; husband, Charles, daughters; Dixie L. Carter and Carol J. Roberts Lewis; granddaughter; Carol Jean Roberts and grandson Louis Patrick Clark; sisters, Betty McCullough, and Patricia Eichelberger; brother, John Robert Hatcher; sons-in-law, Gary J. Carter and James W. Roberts. 








She is survived by 4 children; Richard (Berkley) Clark of Auburn WA, Charles L. (Kathy) Clark of Oronogo MO., Delores (Floyd) Reeves of Asbury, MO, and Cecil P. Clark of Webb City MO.; 18 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren and 25 great great grandchildren.

Vida was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She helped hand out Poppies, also worked in the kitchen on Bingo night for many years. Vida and Marrietta King ran bus trips to Branson for seven years. She volunteered at the Senior Center for at least 20 years. Vida also was a member of the ATA Hall of Perseverance and attended dances at Saginaw also. We believe she made over 15,000 pies in 30 years for individuals, benefits, and dinners.

We all loved her and will miss her very very much.
