Joe Noe

(From Parker Mortuary)

Joseph Franklin Noe, age 60, of Joplin, passed away on May 30, 2021 at his home.

Joe was born on October 15, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Mossie and Joseph Noe. Joe knew the late Arnold Davis of Joplin as his Stepfather for most of his life. He had lived between Joplin and Tulsa for the past 35-years, mostly to be close to Mom.

Joe was a brother to many and a friend to more. He was a very hard worker in many fields but was most proud and creative in his role of chef for many restaurants over the years. He took over the chore of arranging holiday dinners from Mom many years ago and nothing made him happier or more proud than putting on an incredible spread for family and friends.

Joe loved shooting pool and watching the Chiefs, Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs every chance he could get and was lucky enough to see all three teams win championships during his lifetime!

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his sisters Lucille Mannuzza and Phyllis Noe as well as his brother Johnnie Davis and nephew David Martin.

Survivors include his longtime girlfriend Barbara, his sister Katherine Craig and brother Victor Ruiz and wife Christine. Nephews Nelson, Johnnie (Elias), Keith, Wayne, Ryan, Marcus, Adam, Walter, Johnnie (Davis), Joseph, Julian, Justin & Joshua. Nieces Melisa & Michelle.

Committal of ashes with private family services will be held at a later date at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin.

Arrangements are under the care and direction Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
