(From Clark Funeral Home)George Kenneth Pressler III was born April 11, 1958 in Gary Indiana to George Kenneth Pressler Jr. and Sally James. He passed away June 28, 2021.
George married Betty Mae Maxwell on Sept. 28, 1980. To this union came Misty, Kevin, Paul, Sally, and Kenny. She preceded him in death on May 9, 1994. He later married Tammie Calvert on Jan. 11, 2007. To this union came three stepchildren: Jessica, Ruby, and Ashley. His brothers and sisters are Debbie Schreiber and William Pressler. George attended Calumet High School.
He is survived by his children: Misty Neff, Sally Pressler, Paul Kollman, Kevin Kollman (Tammy), Jessica Ruby (Adam), Ruby Carlberg (Pete), and Ashley Carlberg (Troy); eighteen grandkids: Michelle Portwood (Aaron), Ryan Harwood, Madison Brownlee, Daniel Allman, Kyera Vose, Bryden Vose, Zach Vose, Safyre Vose, Kasper Vose, Miley Garrison, Alexis Ruby, Bailey Ruby, Carson Ruby, Kennadie Dyer, Anthony Fisher, Kendra Fisher, Austin Fisher, and Swade Kollman; six great grandkids: Blake Harwood, Brooklyn Portwood, Brylee Portwood, Nova Harwood, Harlee Harwood, and Adalyn Harwood; and a special friend, Brandy, that lived next door that helped George and Tammie whenever they needed help. George was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, his son Kenny Pressler, son-in-law Jeremy Shepard, and brother, Bill Pressler.
His remains have been taken for cremation; no services are planned.
