(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Valerie Lynn Lester of Joplin, MO passed from this life Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, MO. She was 58.
Valerie was born July 23, 1962 in St. Louis, MO to Les and Margaret Ann (Howley) Lester. She had lived in Joplin for the past 7 years. Valerie graduated from Neosho High School class of 1980. She was a account representative for Teleperformance in Joplin, MO.
Valerie was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include 1 brother, Patrick Joseph Hurn of Joplin, MO and 1 sister, Deborah Marlene Rochon of Macks Creek, MO.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2021 at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Aaron Rochon, Garrick Rochon, Jeff White, Carson Rochon, Patrick Hurn and John Houston will serve as pallbearers.
