Jada Packwood

Jada Lynn Packwood, age 15, of Neosho, Missouri, entered into rest on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Children’s Mercy Hospital, in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born November 21, 2006, in Springfield, Missouri. 

She was a 9th grade student at Trinity Christian School in Neosho and enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball. She was a member of the Joplin Full Gospel Church. She was dearly loved by a multitude of family, church members, and her Trinity Christian School family.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her immediate family, her adopted parents Auburn and Angela Packwood of Neosho; brother Talen Packwood; birth parents Phillip Packwood and Joanna Packwood; grandparents WaDonna Holdren; Mark and Sandra Scroggins; and a multitude of additional family members, church family and her school family.

Visitation of family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. before the funeral at the Joplin Full Gospel Church.

The funeral service, under the direction of the Clark Funeral Home, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at the Joplin Full Gospel Church, 2601 S. Indiana in Joplin, with Pastor Joshua Patrick officiating. Interment will be in the Gibson Cemetery, Neosho. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with expenses.
