(From Parker Mortuary)Naoma Lavelle Bain-Casey, 96, of Neosho, passed away in the comfort of her granddaughter's home on Saturday morning, January 1, 2022.
Lavelle was born August 21, 1925 in Wellington, Texas, to Dabney and Oma (Gibbs) Peters.
No formal services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
