Cliff Daniel

Clifford Wayne Daniel, 91, of Monett passed away peacefully at his home in Monett on Thursday March 3, 2022. He was born in Galena, Missouri on April 19, 1930; the son of the late Pearl Guyman and Iva Marie (Maples) Daniel. He was united in marriage on December 28, 1950 to Pauline Crouch; she survives.

He served in the National Guard for 34 years, worked for Heim’s Hatchery as a young man before going to work for Jumping Jack Shoe Factory in the returns department. He later taught small engine repair at the Vo-Tech at Monett High School and owned and operated Cliff’s Crafts, a custom matting and picture framing business until 2020; he also enjoyed being a private pilot and a member of the Monett Lions Club and the Monett Historical Society.








Cliff is survived by his wife Pauline of the home; one daughter: Jana (Daniel) Bricker(Paul) of Monett; five grandchildren: Debbie (Bricker) Phillips(Mike) of Monett, Jeff Bricker(Debra) of Ottawa, Kansas, Matthew Bricker (Hope) of Fayette, Missouri, Bryan Bricker of Joplin, Missouri, and Joseph Bricker of Waco, Texas; five great-grandchildren: Clifford Bricker, Elliott Bricker, Sara Phillips, Finley Phillips, and Aurora Bricker; three sisters: Loretta (Daniel) Crouch(Paul), Alta Maxine Daniel, and Betty Mae (Daniel) Medlin(Donald) all of Verona, Missouri and one sister-in-law: Betty Daniel of Verona, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Pearl and Iva; one brother: James Daniel and one great-grandson: Zachary Bricker.

Private family graveside services for Cliff are being held.

Memorial donations for Cliff may be made to the Monett Lions Club or the Monett Historical Society.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
