Frances L Eagon of Peoria, OK passed from this life Thursday, January 18, 2024 at her home. She was 84.

Frances was born February 8, 1939 in Oklahoma City, OK to James Edward and Mamie Ruth (Kirby) Harp. She had lived in the Peoria area most of her life and attended Peoria Baptist Church. She had worked as a beautician and was a homemaker.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband Charles A Eagon, 2 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, 1 great great grandson, her parents and 4 brothers, L.B. Harp, Jerry Harp, David Bibb and Clarence Bibb.

Frances is survived by 1 son, Charles A Eagon, II of Quapaw, OK, 3 daughters, Leslie McCoy and husband Pat of Quapaw, OK, Terri Campbell and husband Mark of Norman, OK and Kelli Hook of Quapaw, OK, 2 brothers, James Bibb, Jr. of Oklahoma City, OK and Bobbie Bibb of Oklahoma City, OK, 5 sisters, Emma Lou DeMoss of Seneca, MO, Carlyn Whisenhunt of Fairfield, CA, Leona Campbell of Miami, OK, Myrtle Ruth Lyons of Conroe, TX and Brenda Jones of Oklahoma City, OK, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Fairland Cemetery in Fairland, OK. Chaplain Brian Moomey will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
