Mark Bunn

Mark Bunn, 73 of Anderson, Missouri was called to Heaven on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

Mark was born in Fountain, Colorado on November 26, 1950 to the late, Henry Frances and Sylvia May (Adams) Bunn. He married the love of his life, Charlotte Williams on December 23, 1969 and to this union two sons were born. 







He will always be remembered as a hardworking man, doing odd jobs just to pay for his new pickup truck. He worked in construction and retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation after 28 years. Following retirement, he had a small engine repair shop. Mark enjoyed being Santa for the Noel Parades and would go to elderly people’s homes in his Santa outfit to spread Holiday cheer. 

 He was a volunteer fire fighter for the City of Noel for 18 years and had a toy firetruck collection he was very proud of. Mark loved people and would do anything for anyone that needed help. He attended the Hilltop Mission Church in Anderson, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Melvin, Dale, Dean, Douglas, Charles, Darlene and Renelda.








Mark is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Bunn of the home; his sons, Mark Eugene Bunn and Jeff Bunn, his wife, Amy all of Anderson, Missouri; brothers, Bobby Bunn of New Castle, Colorado and twin, Mike Bunn of Cody, Wyoming; sisters, Darla Poteet of Grand Junction, Colorado, Alice Stroud of Rifle, Colorado, Sandra Bergman of Vinita, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Hailey Holton of Kansas City, Missouri and Clayton Bunn of Anderson, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Mark.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends at this time. Burial will be held at a later date in the Union Cemetery in Stella, Missouri.
