Alice Holden

Alice Joyce Holden, age 90 of Papillon, NE. passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Alice was born on August 11, 1933, in Phoenix, AZ., the daughter of Emmett L. and Stella Nichols. She graduated from high school in Phoenix and later got her Degree in Business in 1989 in Tulsa, Ok. 

Alice had a strong faith and was always involved with her church. She loved to travel and visit her family all over the country. In her travels, Alice would collect salt & pepper shakers. She enjoyed Christmas time and loved the color purple.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; Bruce and Raymond Nichols, sister; Mary Belle Walker, her sons; David and Michael McCall, and her husband, Vernon Timmons.

Alice is survived by her daughters; Kay Harlow (Rolland) and Cindy Halstead (Cecil), and all of her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Mason-Woodard Chapel. Burial will follow at Osborne Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a time of visitation from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
