(From Ozark Funeral Home)Michael Forehand, 50, of McKinney, Texas departed this life on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at His residence with his loving family by his side.
Michael began his earthly journey on February 2, 1974 in El Paso, Texas. Loved riding in the car, music, swinging, swimming and just being out in the warm sunshine.
He was preceded in death by his Paternal grandmother, Vera Lewis; maternal grandparents, Alvis and Vesta Owen.
Michael is survived by his paternal grandfather, George C. Lewis of Claremore, Oklahoma; parents, Chuck Lewis and Amelia (Owen) Lewis; a brother, Richard Allen Forehand of Rowlett, Texas; aunts, Gloria Casteel of McKinney, Texas and Sonja Kay Stewart of Weatherford, Texas; uncle Alan Lewis of Diamond, Missouri; as well as a host of other family and friends, who will dearly miss Michael.
Graveside funeral services for Michael will be held at 11:00 am on, May 10, 2024, at the Southwest City Cemetery in Southwest City, Missouri. A Celebration of Life Memorial service for Michael will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Denton Bible Church Chapel in Denton, Texas. Reception will follow the service in the fellowship hall, the family will receive friends at this time.
