(From Ozark Funeral Home)Addison Deann Armstrong, age 27, of Pineville, Missouri, a cherished First Responder, beloved wife, daughter, sister, and granddaughter, passed away suddenly on Sunday evening February 2, 2025, in Pineville, Missouri. She entered this life on May 13, 1997, in Gravette, Arkansas, daughter of Dwight Daniel and Stacey Deann (Watson) Todd. Addison's vibrant spirit and compassionate heart touched the lives of all who knew her.
Raised in Gravette, Addison was a graduate of Decatur High School's class of 2016. She furthered her education by attending EMT classes. Addison's passion for helping others was evident from a young age.
Before dedicating her life to emergency services, Addison worked as an in-home caregiver, providing comfort and assistance to those in need. Her innate ability to connect with people on a personal level made her exceptional in this role. However, her calling to serve her community led her to become a First Responder with the White Rock Fire Department.
She was an avid reader, finding solace and adventure within the pages of her favorite books. Her artistic nature shone through in her love for arts and crafts, where she expressed her creativity and brought beauty into the world. The simple joy of flowers captivated her.
She is survived by her husband, David Armstrong of the home whom she married on May 19, 2023; her parents, Stacy Todd of Pearland, Texas and Dwight Todd of Highlandville, Missouri; two brothers, Bo Todd of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma and Robert Todd and wife, Shaiann, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Bill and Betty Watson of Gravette, Arkansas; paternal grandfather, Dwight D. Todd of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas; as well as a host of other family and countless friends. Her paternal grandmother, Marilee Todd, preceded her in death.
Graveside funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Gravette, Arkansas with Pastor Jamey Cope officiating.
Those honoring her life by serving as pallbearers are Bo Todd, Robert Todd, Jacob Blakeley, Nathan Flick, Dylan Akins and Ezra Schlessman. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 noon on Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Arrangements are under the care of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
