Lacy was born July 30, 1988 in Miami, OK to Eddie and Donna Kay (Johnson) Lewis. She had lived in the Fairland and Miami area all her life and graduated from Fairland High School class of 2006. Lacy was a free-lance photographer.
Lacy is survived by her parents, Ed and Donna Lewis of Fairland, OK, 1 son Zeke Austin Woods of the home, 2 daughters, Ruby Mann of the home and Kaylee Paige Lewis and companion, Johnathan of Joplin, MO 1 brother, Justin Lewis and husband, Kendell Janes of Fairland, OK and her companion Tyler of Miami, OK.

Celebration of Life Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Chaplain Justin Coberley will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
