Sara Jane Carter was born November 28, 1956 in Powell, Missouri, the son of William J. and Dorothy (Hines) Mustain. She entered into rest on July 6, 2019 in Neosho at the age of 62 years.
Sara was a lifelong area resident and a homemaker. She loved her grandchildren, going to the creek and shopping for antiques.
Sara is survived by a son, Jim Arnold, Jr. and wife, Adrian of Wyandotte, Oklahoma; a daughter, Amanda Duffey and husband, Eric of Dedham, Maine; two brothers, Junior Mustain and wife, Dorothy of Powell, Missouri and Virgil Mustain and wife, Theresa of Anderson, Missouri; one sister, Yvonne Self and husband, Dale of Cave Springs, Arkansas and six grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, David Dumond and a brother, Roy Mustain.
A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, July 21st at 2 pm at the New Mac Building in Anderson, Missouri.
