Susie Bell Irwin, Granby, MO went to her heavenly home on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the age of 90 years, nine months, and ten days.
Susie was born February 20, 1929 in Exeter, MO to Charley and Lydia (Morris) Stewart. She was a longtime resident of Granby. Susie was a member of First Church of God, Granby, MO. She loved to go fishing, enjoyed hootenannies, and especially loved being with her family.
Susie married James Leonard Irwin on December 21, 1949; he preceded her in death on June 17, 1978.
She is survived by one son, Ray Irwin and wife, Lillie; four grandsons, David Lee Stuart of Stark City, James Kelly Stuart of Stark City, Leonard Lee Irwin of Monett, and James Lee Irwin of Bronough; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Susie was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Linda Sue Stuart; six brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be 10 am, Friday, December 6, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home, Granby Chapel, Granby, MO with Pastor Jim Stuart officiating. Interment will follow at Granby Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, December 5 from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Granby, MO.
