(From Clark Funeral Home)John Wayne Roszell of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 89. He was born on January 3, 1936, in New Braunfels, Texas, to Dale Roszell and Stella M. Buske.
John graduated from high school and went on to serve his country proudly as a Master Chief in the United States Navy. Following his military service, he settled in Neosho, where he built a life centered around hard work, family, and his many passions.
On July 26, 1956, he married the love of his life, JoAnn Roszell. They shared many wonderful years together before her passing.
John enjoyed raising pigeons and was a founding member of the Modena Club of Southwest Missouri. He also took great pride in farming and caring for his cattle, horses, and other livestock.
He is survived by his two sons, Robert (Kelli) Roszell and Steven (Deborah) Roszell; and eight grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Nicholas, Joshua, Jordan, Joe, Sara, and Anna.
