Lois Thomlinson

Lois D. Thomlinson, 97, Neosho, formerly of Stark City, Missouri, died Sept. 14, 2015 at Medicalodge in Neosho. 

Lois was born Sept. 21, 1917 in Aurora, NE and lived most of her life in the Southwest Missouri area. She had worked at the Stark City Post Office and Neosho Post Office, retiring in 1997 at the age of 80. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Neosho. 

Lois and Homer E. Thomlinson were married on Feb. 6, 1937 and he preceded her in death in November, 1986. She is survived by a son, Ron Thomlinson and wife, Anne of Neosho; two grandchildren, Kimberly Happy and husband, Mike of Neosho and Ronald Thomlinson and wife, Pat of Miami, OK and four great grandchildren, Brian Powell, Kallie Powell, Natalie Melin and Elizabeth Thomlinson. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Lucille Wade.
