Kathryn Korn

Kathyrn L. Korn, 71, passed away April 5, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. Kathy was born March 10, 1947 in Carthage, Missouri to Dean B. and Elsie “Seidner” Korn. She was a lifetime Carthage resident and graduated from Carthage High School Class of 1965. She was a caregiver and an event specialist at Wal-Mart. Kathy was a member of the Church of Christ in Carthage and taught Sunday school.

Kathy is survived by two brothers, Stephen L. Korn and wife Karen, Michael B. Korn and wife Lynn; one sister-in-law, Judy Korn, all of Carthage, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Larry D. Korn.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Church of Christ, 3122 South Grand, Carthage. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Fasken Cemetery.
