Cole Anthony Perkins, son of Derek Eugene Perkins and Taylor Nicole Washam, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, started life as an angel on Monday, March 29, 2021.
Cole is survived by his parents, Derek and Taylor; one brother, Alex Perkins; two sisters, Amelia Johnson and Miley Prewitt; maternal grandmother, Megan Carver of Miller, Missouri; maternal grandfather, Brad Washam of Mt. Vernon; paternal grandmother, Barbara Mackie of Stotts City, Missouri; maternal great-grandfather, Timothy Hausback of Miller; maternal great-grandmother, Linda Hausback of Miller; maternal great-grandparents, Darlene and Joe Washam of Miller; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Garrett, of Mt. Vernon; paternal great-grandfather, Phillip Day of Joplin, Missouri and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cole was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Anthony Perkins and paternal great-grandparents, Sandra and Kenneth Perkins.
A graveside service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at the Mt. Vernon City Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at www.FossettMosherFuneralHome.com.
