Margaret Fyfe

Margaret O. Fyfe, of Lockwood, MO, departed this life on Saturday, April 10, 2021, in her home at the age of 93.

She was born on June 9, 1927 on the family farm in Barton County, MO to Claude and Marie (Winningham) Harris. 

Margaret was united in marriage to Abner Fyfe on October 21, 1946 in Girard, KS. She had worked at O’Sullivan Industries and the Good Shepherd Nursing Home. 








Margaret was an avid quilter. She enjoyed gardening and going fishing. Margaret even had a passion for motorcycles, of which she and her husband owned several custom Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Claude and Marie Harris; her husband, Abner Fyfe; and one sister, Bonnie Harris.

Survivors include her son, Larry Fyfe and his wife Bobbie of Jerico Springs, MO; one sister, Alma LeGrand of Lamar, MO; her grandson, Steve Fyfe and wife Amy of Lockwood, MO; three great-grandchildren, Meegan Pettersen and husband Leif, Shea Hembree and husband Montana, and Reese Fyfe; and two great-great-grandchildren, Harlow Hembree and Talin Pettersen.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Cedarville Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to view and pay their respects on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Greenfield Funeral Chapel. The family will be present during the viewing hours. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, please be mindful of maintaining a social distance. Also, you are welcome to and, indeed, encouraged to wear face masks to protect yourselves and others.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedarville Cemetery. Services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
